UK Land approached Polar with a clear goal to create a band to reflect their focus of building high-quality housing developments and eco-friendly spaces.
UK Land’s existing identity did not emulate these values and so we needed to build a strong, memorable identity to propel them into the next phase of their growth.
With a strong focus on the UK landscape, rolling hills and British heritage, our team began the process of refining and conceptualising a timeless mark. Something that would stand the test of time and act as a strong foundation for their planned growth.
After a successful rebrand, we provided UK Land with further stationery and social branding. The team has also developed a phase 1 website, with a further phase due to be delivered in early 2023.
Working with the team at Polar was so refreshing, they figured out exactly what we wanted and delivered our new brand quickly and smoothly. We now have branding that properly represents our company and since it’s implementation we’ve seen positive results.
