The Polar Brand Process
How do you create or upgrade your brand? Let us take you through Polar’s step-by-step process.
STEP 1 – Brand workshop.
The first step is to take part in Polar’s brand workshop where we conduct a collaborative review of who you are and where you want to be. We discuss topics from your business goals, to your culture, to yourUSPs. This allows us to understand your current business challenges and gain an in-depth understanding of your vision.
STEP 2 - Research & discovery.
At this stage of the journey, we evaluate the findings from the brand workshop and conduct our own research to ensure we create innovative, bespoke solutions for your business.
STEP 3 - Positioning and conceptual development.
Next, we move on to conceptualising your brand. This is when the magic happens as we bring your vision to life, developing multiple concepts for you to review. The concepts include logo marks, straplines, typography, colour palette, imagery, tone of voice, and a range of other details.
STEP 4 - Development and proofing.
Here we set about developing and refining your brand based on your feedback in the conceptual development phase and identify how your brand will work on a broader scale. This usually involves 3 rounds of proofing, where we can incorporate any adjustments you have.
STEP 5 - Sign off on final artwork.
Once your brand has been built, it’s time for you to make it official by signing the dotted line.
STEP 6 - Brand guidelines.
To ensure brand consistency among all employees and partners, we provide you with digital guidelines to communicate how your new/updated brand should be represented and used in the world.
STEP 7 - Brand assets and toolkit.
At this stage, we supply you with digital files for you and your team to use going forward. This includes any assets you require to implement marketing and communications, such as logo files, photography, and images.
